About Chuck
After practicing real estate law for two years, Chuck established the firm in 1987. With over 30 years of legal experience in real estate, probate, business and litigation matters, he has effectively represented individuals, entities, and lenders in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout the State of Connecticut, landlord/tenant law, zoning proceedings before town boards and commissions, general real estate issues, probate administration, probate litigation and general probate matters in Connecticut’s Probate Courts, personal injury and general litigation cases in all judicial districts, business formations and general business matters. Chuck grew up and lives in West Hartford with his wife, Dana, and he has three adult daughters and an adult son.
